New Mysterista Release: Some Like It Haute

It’s always exciting when one of the Mysteristas has a new release to celebrate, and this time it’s me! SOME LIKE IT HAUTE, the 4th book in the humorous Style & Error Mystery Series, came out this week. Samantha Kidd, the protagonist in this series, is the kind of person who doesn’t let adversity hold her back. I had a bit of my own drama this week when my hard drive crashed, but I decided to take a page from Samantha’s playbook and not let it get me down. (The good news: the hard drive is in the hands of an expert who said recovery was looking good. It pays to be positive!)

Blank white book w/pathAbout the book:

Fashion expert Samantha Kidd is in the hot seat. After agreeing to help her ex-boyfriend’s former girlfriend with a runway show, she’s attacked in the parking lot outside, landing in the hospital. And when a garment goes up in flames on the catwalk the day after the attack, the situation turns explosive. She recruits a smokin’ hot photographer to turn up the heat on the investigation, but even the third degree won’t expose an angry arsonist. With a crash course in sizzle, Samantha’s curiosity leads her into another inferno, and this time she either faces the fire or gets burned.

So join me in celebrating either my new book or my possible hard drive recovery. It’s all good!

    A thousand congratulations!

So excited to read this, Diane!

I love Samantha Kidd and can’t wait to see what she’s up to now.

Also, the cover is gorgeous. All around gold stars!

ps: hope the hard drive makes a full recovery, wow. hugs for that!

  2. Virtual champagne is the only kind I drink these days, so this is me raising and glass and throwing some of that confetti, too. Congrats on the book – and the hard drive recovery!

  3. Woot! *Pop* (that’s my champagne). Very hooky blurb! Title is especially catchy for me. Looking forward to checking it out.
